3D signs with backlighting (hallo effect)

As popular as the front illuminated letters, and often chosen by our customers product are back lit 3D letters for facades with the so-called halo effect, letters after the illumination give the effect of coming out of the light, (glow, halo), which look like a luminous outline of each letter. The front (face) of a letter is made from cut aluminium sheet 2mm thick. The sides of the letters are made of a very durable aluminium tape 1.2 mm thick, 20 – 160 mm wide, machine bent (CNC) according to the shape of the logo or the cut of the letter. The whole letter (front and sides) is connected to each other with an internal adhesive bond. The whole is painted in a chosen colour from the RAL palette. After the sides and front are spray painted, they form a uniform satin 3D solid. The back of the lettering is either empty or fitted with an opal plexiglass diffuser to diffuse the light. For backlighting we use high-quality LED modules Samsung GOQ – hermetic IP67 (with a 60 month warranty) with a neutral colour temperature 6500-7000 K (depending on the type of wall on which the letters are ultimately to be mounted) Sleeves are attached to the letter to distance the letter from the wall (at a distance of 2cm ~ 5cm)

What distinguishes us from the competition:

  • On the front of the letters we use 2mm aluminium sheet
  • The sides of the letters are made of aluminium tape 1.2mm thick, 20 – 160mm wide (more durable than the popular, thinner ones available on the market)
  • We use high-quality LED modules with a 60-month guarantee
  • We use MeanWell power supplies (transformers) with a 60-month guarantee
  • Most of our productions are made on aluminium frames with electrical installation distributed between the letters, which makes the installation much faster and easier,
