FREE-STANDING LUMINOUS 3D SIGNS

Free-standing letters are becoming an increasingly popular form of displaying a logotype or spatial inscription. Free standing letters are perfect as a large, decorative element of visual identification. They can be an attraction for viewers. They are often immortalised in photographs and published in social media. The most commonly used height is from about 100cm to 200cm. The thickness of such a letter is about 20-30cm, preferably in a simple font without serifs.
The front (face) of the letters is made of 3-4mm thick opal polycarbonate, according to the established shape of the letter or sign. In order to obtain a backlit colour (front, face) consistent with the colour of the logo or the customer’s individual expectations, we use high quality 7-8 year old translucent films
translucent foils dedicated to backlight from leading manufacturers Oracal, MacTac, Avery.

Sides of letters are made from aluminium sheet 1.5-2 mm thick according to the shape of the logo or letter cut-out.
The back of the letter is made of cut aluminum sheet 2-3 mm thick.
The whole letter (sides and back) are connected to each other by internal welding and have an internal strengthening structure + 20-30 cm protruding legs, painted in accordance with RAL colour.
For backlighting we use high quality LED modules Samsung GOQ – hermetic IP67 (with 60 months guarantee) with a neutral colour temperature 6500-7000 K.
